Leiter Perez & Associates is a well established
firm comprised of professionals with expertise in the areas of
civil/environmental engineering and land surveying. We have been in
business in South Florida for over 43 years helping our clients by providing a
knowledgeable staff, using state-of-the-art technology, and
establishing a teamwork approach to a large array of engineering and
land surveying projects. We provide a superior product while
meeting the challenging schedule that is often required.
Our clients include Residential and Commercial Developers,
Contractors, Attorneys, Engineering Firms, Government Agencies, and

Our firm is certified as a
Micro/Small Business Enterprise (MICRO/SBE), Florida
Certificate No. 10557 and Community Business
Enterprise (CBE), Florida Certificate No. 1443, in Miami-Dade
County, Florida. We are licensed and insured.
Engineering projects include water, sanitary sewer, paving, grading
and drainage design. We have an excellent reputation with
local government agencies which aids in the expediting of the
permitting process.
Land surveying projects include boundary, topographic, ALTA,
construction control, hydrographic, condominium, FAA, tree and
specific purpose surveys. In just the last 10 years we have
provided engineering/surveying services on over 500 condominium and
residential community projects. These services included
preliminary survey, engineering design of water, sewer, paving and
grading facilities, construction control/staking, pile
layout/as-built, column/shear wall/elevator shaft analysis,
settlement survey, easement sketch and legal description, final
survey and FEMA elevation certificate.
